About Dr. Mike Steele
Dr. Michael Steele is a highly experienced and dynamic leader with a diverse background in military, law enforcement, and educational leadership. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Water Survival Instructor and went on to hold several critical roles in law enforcement, including Deputy Sheriff, S.W.A.T. team member, detective, and school resource officer. He later transitioned into education, serving as a high school principal for seventeen years.
Dr. Steele is an accomplished presenter and course designer, working with school districts, law enforcement agencies, and organizations committed to redefining excellence and leadership. He holds a doctorate in Leadership and a master’s degree in Psychology and Counseling.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Steele is a dedicated family man. He and his wife have four children and seven grandchildren. He is passionate about motivational speaking, empowering others to succeed, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
